The product, in the report: Innova ITM6000 Advanced Heat and Massage Therapeutic Inversion Table
I recently purchased an inversion table from Amazon and want to report an unsafe product. It is Innova ITM6000 Advanced Heat and Massage Therapeutic Inversion Table. Upon using the table the ankle support gives off, leading to a fall in an inverted position. It can cause serious injuries including cervical neck injuries. Upon calling Amazon customer support as well as speaking to the manufacturer they would not take back the product nor acknowledge this safety hazard. This product should be recalled from the market. There is a design flaw, where in the ankle support suddenly gives off.
