The product, in the report: treadmill
(01/02/2018) The submitter, stated that her mother got on the treadmill to do her walk. Five minutes into her walk on the product, it automatically sped up to a fast speed. There was a person nearby who was able to stop the machine to keep the submitter’s mother from falling.
No injuries.
(01/02/2018) The submitter contacted the manufacturer. She was referred to two independent companies that provides repair for their treadmill.
