The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: I own the Frame reformer in the “Midnight” colorway. Learn more about the product here: https://framefitness.com/

I have owned the Frame, a “smart” pilates reformer that provides on-demand classes on an attached flatscreen. The Frame is unsafe because its springs, the source of the reformer’s resistance and stability, often pop off. The springs have popped off when I’ve stood atop the machine completing lunges and planks. I have to catch myself before I fall. The Frame’s manufacturing defects reminded me of [REDACTED] faulty seat posts, so I thought to report it here. I’ve read Reddit posts from other Frame owners who have encountered this problem.
