The product, in the report: Functional Fitness Training System
TRX Suspension System anchor breakage during use. Foot cradles stretching with use so much that the clients feet fall thorough the system. The older model has been recalled and I am proceeding with the recall request with Fitness Anywhere, makers of the product. I am a professional fitness trainer and gym owner and have had to pull the products from our facility due to the recall as well as due to the anchor system breakage and lack of integrity of the foot cradles. There have been several incidents of clients slipping out of the system while performing supervised exercises and there have been 2 incidents of clients falling to the floor when the anchor system broke.
