The product, in the report: DeerRun walking pad. Listed below are all of the numbers on the machine next to a barcode. LZBA10-B5251121 075928605110000 102892026030920
The walking pad I purchased with DeerRun caused me to fall due to it suddenly stopping with no warning. It was not a gradual stop. The machine stopped from 2.4 speed to a complete stop, causing me to fall back onto the floor. This is the second time it has happened and this is the fourth time Ive used the machine since I purchased the item. Its a brand new machine.

Hurt, no treatment Made Nov 25, 2025, sent to the company Nov 28, 2025, published by CPSC Dec 12, 2025
The product, in the report: Deerrun Z10 Pro Black Treadmill with 12% auto incline and dual displays. CT09R
I purchased a Deerrun Z10 Pro treadmill with auto incline. Upon receiving it I noticed a possible defect in manufacturing once the item was unboxed. It contains exposed electrical wires that rest on the floor due to their manufacturing placement. Because of their placement at the bottom of the treadmill arms, the wire ends rest being forced into a 90 degree angle from their attachment point. This results in cracked plastic tubing around the wires and exposure of the wire ends near the terminals which thus results in a major electrocution risk for users and those nearby in the home.
In addition, the attachment points of the arms are not stable resulting in them loosening with even a few seconds of use on the treadmill and that is with them tightened properly and according to the manuals. The attachment points of these are incorrectly designed and it has caused me to stumble already and have a fall. I am lucky I did not get seriously injured from this happening.
The belt despite proper tightening continues to slide to the left side of the unit after only a few uses. This is due to the unit itself not being fully level due to another manufacturing defect where the front left corner of the unit sits lower than the right just slightly, but it is enough the result in movement of the belt improperly resulting in major hazards for users.
The sheer number of defects to this unit is astounding and not something to be taken lightly. This unit needs to be immediately recalled for the safety of users and those who may be on the vicinity of the unit. The electrocution risk alone due to improper design is terrifying alone. This also presents a major risk to pets and children who are lower to the ground and more likely to come into contact with this part. In addition due to it being directly under the tightening knob for the handrail, a user risks major shocks. I did experience minor electric shock which I contributed to static electricity, but I stumbled upon this issue when tightening the handrails yet again because they become loose almost immediately and with any sort of pressure on the rails whatsoever.

Hurt, no treatment Made May 8, 2025, sent to the company May 13, 2025, published by CPSC May 28, 2025
The product, in the report: Silver and black Walking pad/Treadmill
I am writing to formally report a serious and dangerous incident involving the Deer Run A1 Pro treadmill that I purchased, which arrived at my home on May 1, 2025. opened the box on May 4, 2025, and set the treadmill up in my bedroom. On May 5, 2025, 1 used it for the first time-walking for 15 minutes in the morning and again for another 15 minutes at 4:30 PM. That evening, after turning the treadmill off around 9:50 PM, my entire home suddenly lost power. Immediately afterward, the power came back on, and I heard a loud popping noise from the treadmill. A large spark followed, then smoke, and suddenly the treadmill caught on fire. The flames quickly intensified, prompting us to call 911. In an effort to prevent the fire from spreading and endangering lives, we poured flour on the flames and my son dragged the treadmill out of the house while it was still on fire. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the situation was extremely dangerous and could have resulted in severe damage or loss of life.
