The product, in the report: The product is a high end treadmill and specializing in being a Cardio Trainer
Two issues. First, the safety key breaks easily, costs over $40.00 to replace with shipping and handling. Second the back of the treadmill where the belt winds around under the treadmill is not covered for safety, children and pets could get sucked under it. I’m not aware of the company providing any corrective repairs. While jogging on the treadmill with the safety key strap around my wrist, I lifted my arm quickly to catch my balance and the safety key tip broke off. Yes, it should come out to stop the treadmill but not break off. Poor quality was the cause.
