The product, in the report: Treadmill
I was walking on my BowFlex T9 treadmill at approximately 9:40 am. I had been walking for about 10 min. at a speed of 2.9. All of a sudden the speed surged and I was thrown onto the belt ( I had the safety clip on) which stopped the treadmill. I broke my hand, my face was rubbed raw and I had a gash in my eyebrow which required stitches.
