The product, in the report: Rifle sling strap
(08/15/2024) The consumer put the strap in the washing machine, and it came out sticky together with his clothes. He took it out of the washer to clean it and a few days after that, he started to experience itchiness and a burning sensation on his hands and arms. He has also had a fever, body and joint pain. He also feels that he has lost muscle strength and also that he went from lifting 90 lbs to 60lbs, this being very difficult when it was not before. He affirms that since this incident his health has been affected. He contacted the company, and they said they do not know what the weird texture might be. The company’s attorney called the consumer’s wife, but they refused to provide any information in regards what chemicals they are using in their products.
The consumer went to Urgent Care and his regular doctor. Because they did not know what chemicals were in the product, he was unable to receive treatment. The consumer may add more details when he receives the report.
