The product, in the report: Under desk treadmill Black
After greasing my walking pad, I had an issue with the mat. My hand got caught and sucked up into the treadmill, and I had to yank the treadmill cord from out of the wall because there was no emergency shut off. I was not able to reach my remote and there was no way for me to reach the shut off button. Shortly after the incident I arrived at the ER for treatment.
