The product, in the report: Akluer Walking Pad Treadmill, 330lbs Capacity, Compact Walking Pad, 2.5HP Desk Treadmills, 45dB Silent Operation, Foldable Treadmill with Remote Control, for Home Office
Serious Fire Hazard -- Akluer walking pad treadmill which was purchased from Amazon on December 2025 caught on fire while in use. I heard some kind of grinding/ticking noises followed by a small explosion with “boom” sound from the motor. The smoke quickly spread and there were visible small flames on the Non Slip Running Belt areas. Luckily, the fire was quickly disappeared, but it could have spread wide open. All the proper maintenance was performed per the operating manual and the belts were frequently lubricated as part of the recommended preventative maintenance. This product has only been used less than 3 months and the motor literally blow-up while in use. This is very dangerous product and it needs to be immediately off the market before anyone could get hurt badly.
