The consumer says that he keeps breaking the support spring on the machine. It is a coiled spring that twist and bends so it is not supposed to break. The wight limit is 300 lbs and he weighed 237 lbs when he started to work out.
The consumer says the first spring lasted almost year, the second one only for about 6 months. The latest one was installed in February and it broke just last week.
He says he spoke to customer service at the company at this point who is giving him the run around. He says they just want him to purchase another part. The consumer says he has been pinched more than once and can easily see someone hurting there back when the spring breaks.
