The product, in the report: 2-piece flotation vest and swim suit
Walmart sells these: https://www.amazon.com/2-Piece-Flotation-Vest-Swimsuit/dp/B01DR3NOWM
We tried it out today, and my daughter would have drowned if I hadn’t been right there. Small children don’t have the body mass so that they flip upright when in this type of vest. The baby pool she was in was only about 1 foot deep, but when she tipped slightly forward the vest held her horizontally on the water with her face underwater. She couldn’t turn her head to breathe! The other mom at the pool had had an identical experience -- I’m surprised these are on the market still.
