The product, in the report: Sponge Bob Snorkel and Scuba Mask Dive Kit

My wife bought a BIGTime Toys Sponge Bob Snorkel and Scuba mask dive kit from Marshalls for my 3 yr old son. On June 10, 2012 we opened the package and immediatly noticed a very pungant odor, like that of curing plastic. Almost had a skunk type odor. It was so strong my wife later had me remove it form the house. The odor is not my problem, the issue is with a residue that came out of the snorkel. I put the snorkel on my son to size it (see attached photos). He had the mouthpiece from the snorkel in his mouth and when he removed it I noticed a yellow/orange residue stain on his cheek and in his mouth. I immediatly removed the snorkel and wiped out the inside of the mouth piece with my finger and there was yellow residue staining my fingers and skin (See attached photos). I immediatly had my son rinse out his mouth and brush his teeth. I took photos and contacted the manufacturer, Big Time Toys, a US based company, yet this product was made in China.
