The product, in the report: One piece girls long sleeve rash guard swim - size 2/3 color: indigo floral
I noticed my daughter was not swimming like normal and her shoulders were stuck in a shrug position. I grabbed her in the water and as she began to cry, I noticed her hair was wrapped around the button closure on the top of her neck. I had to cut her hair to get the swimsuit off of her. Major swim safety concern as she couldn’t move her arms like normal without her hair ripping out.
