The product, in the report: Baby Buns “Surfs Up” Rashguard and Swim Trunks Set in size 24 Months from Kohls.com.

I received the product Baby Buns “Surfs Up” Rashguard and Swim Trunks Set from Kohls.com. Upon opening it I was hit with a strong sweet smell that seemed to be coming from the swim trunks. My husband and I kept smelling it trying to figure out what it was we were smelling, and then realized it was almonds. We thought it was odd, but I didn’t think much of it until I started feeling ill a short while later. I then remembered that certain chemicals can give off the smell of almonds and thought I ought to report it given that this is a product for toddlers who are more sensitive to toxins than most of the population. Perhaps it’s nothing, and I hope that’s the case, but I thought it was worth sharing our experience.
