First aid Made Sep 28, 2026, sent to the company Oct 5, 2026, published by CPSC Oct 20, 2026
The product, in the report: Aqua dolfino clear full face snorkel mask with one spout in the front middle
My son and fiance was swimming at the beach with the full face snorkel mask we bought from Walmart called aqua dolfino clear mask and my son had to get the life guard to do a rescue to save him bc he almost lost consciousness and couldn’t swim to shore. After he came on the beach he couldn’t breath well and vomited on the beach. After he was able to recover he stated he felt heavy all of a sudden and felt like his body was tingling and weights were on his extremities. He said he didn’t have the strength to swim back to shore.I’m concerned if this face mask was operating correctly and if he had co2 build up in the mask and was not letting in fresh oxygen. My son had the same mask on and states he felt a little dizzy.

The product, in the report: Aqua Dolfino Full Face Mask for Snorkeling, Teal, Small/Medium, Ages 12+
My son was swimming in the pool and kept taking the mask of and saying he couldn’t breath. After swimming for a while he came out of the pool with blue lips and was tired. Afterwards when trouble shooting his mask I found many other similar reports. These masks should be banned by the government as unsafe. This product is Aqua Dolfino brand.
