The product, in the report: All playstructures have protruding sharp metal screws. My kid hit against a standing gear turning structure which had 16 screws placed in a circular manner on one side of the structure. There are 32 screws exposed on either side of the structure. The color of it was red and blue.
The play structures manufactured by BCI Burke (https://www.bciburke.com) at [REDACTED] have lots of protruding screws in them. My kid got a deep laceration because he ‘walked’ into one of the structures. He lost some blood and we had to rush him to ER for first aid. The screws are sharp, hazardous and dangerous when kids play. The playstructure with sharp metal protruding screws is a bad design. Kids from 2 years to 6 years use the playstructure.
