The product, in the report: Fitness: weight bench WeiderPro 255L (Sold at Sears)
WeiderPro 255L weight bench. the bench is supported by a pin that is prone to fail and to slip. I used the bench as normal, rarely if ever remove the pin, thus the pin fatigue allowed the bench to fail and fall to the reclined position. I rolled backwards carrying 2 45lbs dumb bells. Prior to the incident was careful as the bench would wobble due to poor surface area to support rail distribution in the design. I suffered a fractured foot and deep bruises in legs and back.
