Bought an adjustable weight bench rated for 1300lbs. I was working on a set for flat bench pressing and midway through my set the bench snapped and the bench suddenly dropped to a decline with 205lbs on my hands (I weigh about 190lbs so total weight on the bench was about 400lbs). I checked the bench and one of the welds at the joint broke.
