The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Adjustable weight set

I purchased Nuobell adjustable weight set almost 2 years ago. In the first 6 months the weights fell off the handle nearly causing injury. This handle was replaced. Since then the weights have fallen off the handle due to handle defect two more times. The company has been contacted and claim they do not have an issue with this. However when trying to replace the handle the 2nd and 3rd time, the replacement handles are on back order for at least the last 4 months. This leads me to believe there is a larger scale issue. This is unsafe when using the weights as they fall off during use even when using weights for over head lifting which may result in head injury.
