The product, in the report: Pool Ladder 29R144/29R145/29R144-1/29R145-1

The JLeisure 43” 3 Step pool ladder is very unstable. The two piece legs rotate without locking and the steps pop up off of their locking connectors causing the ladder to shift left and right. Plus the steps float off their locking connectors when placed in the pool. This is a Pool Ladder for an above ground children’s pool. It’s supposed to provide a safe way for children and small adults to get in and out of an above ground pool. Because it is so badly designed we have not been able to use it, therefore nobody has been hurt at this time. We are trying to return the product to the seller at this time.
