The product, in the report: The product is a mesh pool cover that covers the pool in the winter months. The mesh cover is too small and creates a drowning risk because it leaves a gap between the wall and the end of the cover.
Anchor Industries manufactured my pool cover. Last year the pool cover seemed too small. There was a gap between the wall and the cover. Also, the cover began tearing and ripping. When this was mentioned to Anchor they fought me for 6 months until they agreed to repair and make that part of the cover larger. This year we have the same problem, rips and tears, along with the same gap. They are refusing to do anything about this, even with the safety risk it poses. I am extremely frustrated by Anchor Industries and their lack or regard my children’s and pets safety.
