I purchased and axle for my go kart from amazon and it came with improper sized bolts for the axle. This is a problem because the wheels could fly off at speed injuring a child. The correct is nut is 3/4-16 and they shipped it with a oversized metric nut that doesnt properly secure the tire to the axle.
