No incident, no one hurt Made Jun 6, 2025, sent to the company Jun 11, 2025, published by CPSC Jun 26, 2025
The product, in the report: Dyno Drift Go Kart by Go TRAX- Motor- Dual 180 W (360 W Total) Battery: Dual 12V 7AH
We purchased (2) GoTrax Go-Karts for our sons (ages 4 & 6). Within a few weeks of using them, the gas pedal started sticking, so there was no way for them to stop. My youngest son was safely driving in our driveway and the gas pedal stuck, so he couldn’t stop so he entered onto the road. A car was coming and luckily slammed on their brakes so they didn’t hit my son. This is extremely unsafe. When i tried to contact the manufacturer they just said it was on longer under warranty.
