The product, in the report: KT196 Coleman Go-Cart

Go-cart left front wheel broke off. I purchased this product for my grand kids (7-11 years old) The riding area is smooth pasture no bumps or ditches. This product was being used in the proper manner no off or abusive use. My grand kids went to ride the cart and while driving at a slow speed into the driving area the left front wheel fell off. Upon inspection it was discovered the axle broke where it attached to the cart. To me it appears to be defective welding and or engineering. Since the wheel came off at low speed no injuries resulted. However at normal driving speed this failure could have lead to a crash and possible serious injures
