The product, in the report: Pottery Barn Kids Star Wars Classic Lunchbox
We utilize the Pottery Barn Kids Classic lunchbox for my child to bring his lunch to school. On Tuesday, my five year old was eating lunch when he started eating a ‘pouch’ that he thought was a new yogurt in a tube type package. It was in fact the divider/ice pack that was sold with the lunchbox. The stitching on the side of the included icepack simply came undone. Neither my child or an adult forced open this product. The poor construction of this icepack simply came apart. My child ate over half of the substance inside of this icepack and, although this is a non-toxic product, he ended up throwing up for most of the night. There is no warning label on the item identifying what is inside. After to talking to some other parents that have similar lunch boxes with these dividers/icepacks it seems to be a common issue, but Pottery Barn Kids continues to sell them.
