The product, in the report: It’s a two sided grill with a burner on the right side.

I was cooking steak on the right side of the grill and it caught on fire. The flame was huge. Luckily I was able to turn the burner off and get the fire under control. I am still able to use the left side of the grill but the left side is destroyed. I am know trying to decide if I want to replace the parts on the left side or buy a new grill. It has been a good grill up until it caught ablaze.

The product, in the report: We have Perfect Flame Model # SLG2007BN and went online to order parts since the burners and heat shields have totally deteriorated and found this grill has been recalled for that exact problem

We have Perfect Flame Model # SLG2007BN and went online to order parts since the burners and heat shields have totally deteriorated and found this grill has been recalled for that exact problem. No one got injured, but flames started shooting up irradically, prompting us to search for replacement parts online which is when we discovered the recall. We kkep our grill covered when not in use, and clean eat after cooking. you wouold not believe how badly the burners and heat shields have crumbled apart. We bought this grill specifically because we thought we were buying a stainless steel grill.
