The product, in the report: Oklahoma Joes smoker and Grill
I purchased an Oklahoma Joes smoker grill and recently conducted a lead test using a LeadCheck swab on part of the metal surface. The swab turned dark maroon, which suggests a potential positive result for lead. This was alarming because we have been cooking food on this grill. I contacted the company and was told they do not know what type of steel or coating is used. I’m concerned about the possibility of lead exposure for my family, especially my children. The grill was used as intended for outdoor cooking. I would like this product to be reviewed for potential health risks related to lead contamination.
