The product, in the report: Model: Ducane Affinity 4200 LP, Black, USA (2012) (31421001) Serial #: DE 6049817 Used for BBQ at home.
I bought a BBQ grill from Lowes last year in April 2012. Every time I use the grill and pre-heat the grill it starting burning and starts a fire inside. I complaint last year to Ducane and they sent a tech person home in November last year to clean the grill and fix the problem. I used the grill again this year and have used it 2-3 times. When I heat the pre-heat the grill the after a few minutes there is fire in the grill. I called Ducane company and they said that they cannot do anything about it and are very arrogant in their stance. I informed them that I am very concerned that this is a major fire hazard issue but they are not listening. What are my options. I can provide all videos that I have taken while the fire comes up.
