The product, in the report: Charmglow porcelain series 5 burner

On June 28, 2008 we purchased a Charmglow porcelain series 5 burners, model 8500 grill from Home Depot in Mount Laurel, NJ. The warranty on the burners as published in the manual is five years. The burners are leaking propane gas which is causing erratic flames. This is a hazard and a very dangerous situation. We have repeatedly called your toll free customer service phone number and left messages. As of this date, no one has returned our calls. Our first phone call to your customer service was back in September of 2011. Also, we have gone to customer service at Home Depot whereupon they attempted to contact your customer service and have not been successful. We cover the grill after each use and maintain proper cleaning. At this time we are requesting the burners to be replaced as per your warranty. If you are unable to do this, we expect a full refund of$373.43 (receipt attached). We are extremely fearful of using the grill as it could explode and cause loss of life and/or property. Please respond as soon as possible.
