The product, in the report: The product number is PB5BGD2, serial number is RK107832402138. 62.9 inches x 26.5 inches x 40.2 inches. Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle -5 burner with cabinet. Color-black. Weight is 158.7 pounds.
We have a Pit Boss ultimate griddle (model pb5bgd2). My small Maltese mix dog began running as dogs do, and hit a jutting wing nut (protruding about 2.5 inches) from the bottom right side of the grill. It grabbed her skin, tore it open, and she bled profusely. We were thankfully outside with her, so we witnessed it happen, and after we stopped the immense bleeding, we took her to the ER vet where she received many stitches. We got her stitches removed, but unfortunately the wound reopened the next day. We have now spent over 2,400$ at the ER vet. We have removed the wing nut b/c its not in a good place and only serves to hold the propane tank in place.

The product, in the report: Pit boss pro series smoker gas pellet duo. Black
A fire occurred in a wood pellet storage of my pit boss smoker serial number PG107382133226. There is a 5 year warranty on this product and I have had it for 3 years. I reached out to pit boss customer service about this incident and instead of offering me a new grill or a refund, they are sending new parts to replace the faulty parts (igniter and auger) that I will have to assemble myself. This grill is a fire hazard. The grill has been only used by me and my husband. We were using it to grill and smoke meat. No injuries occurred.
