The product, in the report: The portable grill is the O-Grill 3000 and the color is orange.

We were tailgating after the Clemson vs Maryland football game. We were packing up to leave after cooking burgers on the O Grill 3000. I let the grill cool off for about 20 to 30 minutes before starting to pack it up. I have never had any problems with this grill, until I started unscrewing the 1 pound [REDACTED] gas cannister. After unscrewing the cannister a piece regulator stayed attached to the cannister causing the propane to escape from the canniste. The propane continued to escape from the cannister and there was not stopping it. I removed the propane tank away from the area and away from any harm. Very lucky no one was hurt, but could have been a disaster if the tank caught on fire. The next morning I decided to look up replacement parts for my grill when I found out it was recalled back in January. I had no clue it was recalled.
