The product, in the report: Next Grill
This caller is reporting that his one year old BBQ grill caught fire Inside the housing where the knobs are located when he turned the knob on to use the grill, then propane leaked into the housing area causing all of the knobs to be extremely hot due to the housing behind them being on fire. The fire was extinguished with water. The caller’s left hand was slightly burned, however he is reporting no injury. Customer service was very slow to return email.
