The product, in the report: Propane Gas grill

Purchased a new Max Fire gas grill from Home Depot, May 22, 2012. Leak tested it and used it 3 times. Fourth time the hose connection caught fire at the gas tank, where the regulator connects to the tank. I could have been seriously injured or lost the house if I didn’t have a fire extinguisher handy.
