The product, in the report: Barbecue gas grill control valve, PIN 10440-T20 manufactured by Onward Mfg. Co.
In the fall of 2011 I purchased a new gas valve for my barbecue grill. It worked satisfactorily until it was put away for the winter. In the spring the valve leaked gas. Since I did not save the sales invoice, I was told there was nothing which could be done for me. I purchased a new valve this spring. When I installed the new valve it leaked immediately. The barbecue grill gas valves were supplied by the: Onward Manufacturing Company 585 Kumpf Drive Waterloo, Ontario, Canada N2V 1 K3 tel.: 519-885-1390 toll free 1-800-265-2150 I have talked to the Onward Mfg. Co. several times and even sent them photographs of the faulty valve. The valve in question is PIN 10440-T20 (see photocopy of sales invoice). I have offered to return the most recent defective valve to them and they do not want to examine It.
