The product, in the report: At the Lowe’s store on [REDACTED] I received a defective product. On Wednesday, April 29th 2020, I traded in a Blue Rhino tank that was previously purchased at Lowe’s for a replacement one. When my son attempted to connect it to our [REDACTED] grill the gas leaked all over his face. He was very upset that he breathed the propane. He immediately removed the tank and noticed several cracks in the seal. We brought back the tank the same day as purchase. The Lowe’s associate immediately replaced the tank. The replacement tank did not have issues when my son attached it to our grill. Leaking gas is always a bit scary of a situation.
