The product, in the report: Table top propane grill
On 5 July 2014 I purchased a Better Homes and Garden table top grill model GBT1452W/BH14-101-009-05 at Walmart in Bemidji MN. On July 11 2014 I was using the grill in Wisconsin Dells WI when the screw connect between the burner and gas regulator became detached causing the gas control valve, regulator and propane tank to fall away from the burner. Raw propane was released to the atmosphere. Looking at the screw attachment I could see only a very small amount of soldier had held the screw attachment to the burner.
I exchanged the broken grill for the same make and model at the Walmart in Wisconsin Dells. The unit was assembled as instructed. The screw attachment again separated from the burner causing the gas control, regulator and propane tank to separate from the burner. Raw propane was released to the atmosphere. Again, looking at the screw attachment. only a small amount of soldier was visible.
