The product, in the report: bali outdoors 28” steel gas fire pit. model srgf11634
i smelled gas, i called the contact number in July? and the customer service said to not use it until a replacement part, a propane regulator? is sent. i never received a part, and i cannot contact them at any number or website. the customer service rep indicated they knew of a problem and some units were manufactured with wrong parts. it is still under warranty to this date, one year, but i cannot contact them at their website or phone number.
