The product, in the report: Aussie Bushman Deluxe Gas Grill- I can provide pictures. I tried to upload them with the add files tool but it said the file type was not supported (JPEG)
While grilling a large 3 foot flame began shooting out from underneath the grill. The flame made it very difficult to reach the propane tank shut off valve. The flame grew bigger very rapidly and it was very fortunate i was able to reach the shut off valve without being burned. Upon further inspection after the tank was shut off, the gas line (hose) was burned at the point where it connects to the grill’s regulator valve. The uncontrollable flame burned a hole a few inches down the hose before the gas could be shut off. I called the Aussie support number and was told there was nothing they could do but offer to SELL me replacement parts because the grill was not under its one year warranty. (I purchased the grill roughly 18 months ago.) If this is flaw in craftsmanship while being assembled (this hose came from the factory connected) or flawed materials this represents a HUGE fire safety concern.
