The product, in the report: Playset (swing set with monkey bars and slide and “fort”) Adventure Products model Tacoma 1APO51
One of my grandsons, 7 years old, was playing on the Tacoma swing set model 1AP051-07 in our yard, while traversing the overhead ladder one of the rungs broke, causing him to fall and the broken sharp piece fell on him causing a minor laceration to his right cheek. The overhead ladder part consists of several wooden rungs about 1” diameter set horizontally, and perpendicular to the plastic-covered horizontal 2X4 pieces. I am further concerned because the ladder to the “fort” part of the set consists of similar 1” diameter wooden rungs, and if one breaks while one of our 11 grandchildren is climbing it, injuries are likely. I examined the broken run and it clearly has rotted in the inside of it.
