The product, in the report: Swing

I walked into Sky Zone on March 30th Saturday within 10 minutes my daughter passed out in my arms I had no cluewhat or what was going on she told me she couldn’t breathe or move her back immediately someone working there must have seen what happened because they’re not saying nothing but they’re standing in front of me with a pen and a paper not giving one ounce of care about my daughter’s condition within 3 minutes she’s in an ambulance on a stretcher being taken to the hospital I could never imagine something like this could happen to my daughter at a Play Place we’re talking about a brick house of a kid never been injured and goes to places like this regularly since she was 2 years old she is 8 years old now the worst part about all this is the injury she got could have been easily preventable if the equipment there was made right I would never think that a kid could injure their back and neck like this at a Play Place and the scariest part about it was I was treated like a piece of gum under the manager’s shoes they was physically mad at me that my daughter was hurt and that’s the worst part about all this the way my daughter and me was treated as I have no clue what happened to my daughter and she’s passing out in my arms. The worst experience I ever experienced the way I was treated and the injuries to my daughter somehow she got on this object I showed you the pictures I sent in she was swinging and suppose to let go and fall into the foam somehow she swung all the way back over top the ledge jump and let go right there at that point hit her whole body on the way down no her back’s not broken in two and she’s still alive but I would never guess that this would be possible for a kid to get this type of injuries she was an extreme pain all day until this day she has neck chest and back hurting and no one cares at all nobody it is the worst feeling in the world that a place that’s supposed to care about kids can treat kids like this this is a nightmare of everything that happened the injury could have been preventable in my eyes and then the management treating us like dog crap that’s the scariest part they wouldn’t even let me see the video of what happened to her the just pushed this all under the rug and I’m physically sick to my stomach thinking about another kids having these injuries. It’s a big bad scary business against little old me and I have never had anything like this happen and I didn’t even get a phone call or nothing no apology not even offered money back for that day nothing . These big companies are being so evil with making money but playing with kids being injured is not a Game to me at all . One other weird thing is when I go on the website I cannot find this attraction posted or the name of it posted and that’s just weird to me too because if you sent your kid here for a party you wouldn’t even know this attraction was in the building
