The product, in the report: Skyfort Backyard Discovery Skyfort 2 https://www.backyarddiscovery.com/products/skyfort-ii Model Backyard Discovery Skyfort2
I purchased and assembled a swing set for my children in December 2020. I have noticed that the screws that are used to assemble the swing set continue to break in half causing the wood to come loose or completely fall off. This is most concerning on the second level of the swing set where multiple floor boards came completely detached creating a potential 9 foot fall hazard and possible serious injury. The product was Skyfort 2 by Backyard Discovery. The product was being used by my 22 month old daughter. The product was being used in standard play set fashion. There were no injuries that happened but if I did not see the detached floor boards someone could have fallen and gotten seriously injured.
