The product, in the report: TREE SWING STRAPS HANGING KIT with rotational swivel device.
Purchased a swing strap and swivel hook to hold a swing. The swivel is rated at 750 lbs and the swing it was holding was very light. My six year old daughter who weighs 50 lbs sat on the swing and the swivel failed, causing her and the swing to fall to the ground. She was injured when she hit the concrete porch. The swivel hook failed at the swivel point, when the eye allowed the shaft it was holding to pull right through it.
