The product, in the report: Playzone Kidtrix doorway swing
My husband set up the indoor swing according to manufacturer’s instructions provided. Within 1 hour of our 3 year old (who is well below the maximum weight for the toy) fell off the swing when the blue plastic piece attached to the doorframe snapped off. From reading other reviews of the product since this happened, apparently this is a common defect with it and has led to children being taken to the emergency room.
