On July 20, 2012 my daughter (Age 24, weight 130 pounds.) was sitting on the swing (Not swinging just sitting.) when one of the legs (Part # 2) suffered a catastrophe failure (Threeof the four sides of the metal leg fractured causing the leg to bend.) causing her and the swing to drop to the deck that the swing was on. Minor injury sustained, but metal “Front SeatSwing Arm (Long)” (Part# 5) could have punctured her face as it went through her hair near her right ear.
