We purchased a swing set from menards.com we paid 713.00 roughly. Bolts breaking with our kids in it. We replaced parts, added 8? posts with concreted them in. The store gave me a form to fill out which I did then we had to wait another 30 days for a response from the vendor. I originally asked for $200.00 back. But that was before it was breaking. Our kids are under 100 lbs and severely autistic. This is the one thing
