    Using little tikes inclusive seat swing. There is a bar that holds the child in place in the swing. You have to lift it up when you put a child into the swing. The bar fell down while I was putting my child in and struck me directly on my head. There is nothing that keeps the bar from falling down. I have be in immense pain since the accident and have had to seek medical care multiple times, injury is not getting better.

    In summer 2017, I purchased the Little Tikes Tree House Swing Set and installed it according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Unbeknownst to me, the instructions contained an engineering error that resulted in very serious instability of the entire swingset and danger to the children uses.

    Over time, it started shaking and vibrating and became impossible to swing on, because the railing and posts were mostly disconnected an dready to fall apart

    Four bolts holding the railing to the posts became loose and unstable because they were not installed with washers on each side. The swingset was installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions, which called only for a plastic “bolt cover.” Four of these are used, and all four broke.

    I only realized the company’s error when I was looking for replacement parts and saw the instructions for the “Endless Adventures Swing Set,” which has almost identical layout and engineering. This nearly identical product is shown with washers installed on both sides of the swingset.

    I have communicated with the customer service for Little Tikes and they have not yet taken responsibility.

    Child was swinging in baby/toddler Little Tykes swing and was buckeled in. The swing back where the buckels attach suddenly cracked and a large piece popped out leaving child to fly forward and not be buckeled in anymore. Adult caught child before he could fall on the ground.

    I have a Little Tikes green swing that has cracks in the upper and lower lips of the seat base where the ropes through it similar to the pink swing. My green swing falls in the same model number and time frame as the pink swing.

    My two year old weighs roughly 20lbs and was swinging on the pink little tikes swing in December of 2016. He was securely in the swing strapped and holding on while being pushed by his uncle. We heard a cracking sound as my brother in law give a big push and stopped the swing. As we went to unbuckle my son he started screaming. We got the straps off and found that the swing had cracked up the back and when he leaned back to allow us to unstrap him his skin had become pinched in the crack. It was a small cut and minor bruising but we immediately removed the swing and threw it away.

    The product, in the report: The swing involved looks just like the little tykes pink swing being recalled now, and I think the red one should be recalled for the same danger.

    We had a birthday party in our yard, and a 3 year old was swinging in the swing and it completely broke and he fell to the ground. He wasn’t injured badly but I felt terrible for him and was so embarrassed.

    Less than 5 months ago we purchased a Little Tikes Outdoor swing. This past week while my grandson was in the swing the strap over his right shoulder shredded apart and broke. The left strap thankfully stayed intact. The left one also broke when I was taking him out of the swing. If both straps had given way at the same time he could have been severely injured or worse. Obviously Little Tikes know they have a problem with this product and the straps because they sell replacement ones.

    I bought 2 little tikes 2 in 1 Snug n Secure swings for my grand children for Easter from wal mart which I have informed them My grand daughter was in her swing when the safety strap clip meets the t bar snapped sending my grand daughter to the ground, Thank god her injuries are minor,she bit her tongue,also has fed marks on her face and chin where the ropes caught her.

    My twin 17 mo. old grandbabies where playing on there recently purchased Little Tikes Hide and Seek climber and swing. With my granddaughter on slide platform and my grandson in the swing when the entire crossbar that supports the swing broke completely away from the tree side of the toy. My grandson fell to the ground thankfully he was not seriously hurt.

    The consumer stated that every time she places her 2 years old son (30lbs) in the swing and he puts pressure on the bar or the straps they become detached. The consumer stated that she continued to use the swing, but is cautious while using it. The consumer stated that her son was not injured.

    The consumer stated that she contacted the manufacturer 2 months ago and they advice for her to order straps for the swing. The consumer stated that she continued to experienced the same problems and she contacted them again today 08/14/2013 and they advice for her to purchase a new product.

    The consumer stated that she believe this product should be investigated due to the fall hazard that it poses to consumer.

    The product, in the report: Little Tikes Snug ‘N Secure swing. Blue with yellow straps, black buckles, red t-bar in front. Back of swing has numbers 327522 located on underside of seat and numbers 617973 and 615573 located on underside of seat next to words 2-in-1 Snug ‘n Secure Swing.

    We own a Little Tikes Snug n Secure swing in blue which was purchased in 2011. On the front of the swing there is a red t-bar with safety covers where the buckles insert. One of the safety covers seems to have simply unglued and the piece broke off and left a very sharp corner. I am concerned the piece broke off so easily and left such a sharp edge.

    we purchased the snug n secure swing expecting our daughter to be “snug and secure” which ended up in a trip to the emergency room due to the area between her lip and gum being completely split into thank God there were no brain bleeds or brain damages but my poor daughter had to suffer for weeks in pain while it healed because the strap slipped out of the back of the swing!! we purchase everything little tykes brand because of the good quality and safety I pray we never have to deal with something so terrifying over a little tykes item again
