My 3 year old son was swinging properly on the glider that is part of the Leisure Time Products Sky Fort play set. The rope that goes through the handle bars broke and he was thrown from the moving swing. He sustained minor bumps and bruises to his legs. This could have been much worse had he landed on his head.
