The product, in the report: Konnection Swing. BCI Burke Company. [REDACTED]
I noticed a swing in our town public playground with the front section up on the bars. This section probably weighs a few pounds. Upon touching the bars it fell rapidly down into locking position. I subsequently found out that it is held up by magnets. The brand name is Konnection Swing. An adult is meant to be in the swing and to hold the section the entire time it is lowered, but a child could climb in themselves and someone could touch the top while the child is climbing in and it could fall on them.
