The product, in the report: Bisque hammock swing
The first issue with this swing was right after we purchased it in August of 2017. The eye bolt that holds the swing up broke in half and fell on my 11 year daughter hitting her in the head. She was fine outside of a large lump on her head. We thought at first we might have received a bolt that was substandard. We replaced it but we continue to have problems with this swing. The rope that is attached to the crossbar keeps pulling to the center causing the person sitting on the swing to fall off. This has happened to adults and children. I am really afraid that someone could get seriously hurt or strangled. We did send a picture of the broken bolt to the company but no reply. We have since taken the swing down and are no longer using it.
